Order Information

• Our secure online order form is manual for submission of information for your order. Your order along with any credit card information will not be processed until we've contacted you to confirm the information associated with your order with exception of Gift Trees and Sampler Packages (which are processed and shipped as soon as possible).
• Phone orders are always welcome! Call 800-825-5122 toll free.
• All orders should be placed at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
• We can accommodate most rush orders, however, any orders placed the same day as shipping will require a 20% rush charge.
• All tree seedling orders are scheduled for shipping on the Monday of your event with guaranteed delivery no later than the following Thursday (unless requested otherwise) to ensure freshness of the seedlings.
• Seed packet orders can be shipped within 21 business days of your order.
• Orders must be prepaid in full 2 weeks prior to ship date. 25% deposit required at time of order.
• Orders cancelled 2 weeks or more before shipment will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise 25% of order is forfeited.
• If changes must be made to your order, please notify us no later than 2 weeks prior to shipping or a late change fee of $10.00 will be applied. Orders can NOT be changed the week before the shipping date.
• Pay by check, money-order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
• We offer a selection of recycled paper colors for your message. Planting instructions are included.
• All of our favors arrive fully assembled with the exception of the Tree Kits.
• Please send images/design at high resolution 300 dpi to info@greenworldproject.net. In subject line use the same name as the order form.
